Gina Rodriguez's Chicken Casserole

Chicken Casserole

3 cups chicken breast, cooked and chopped
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups bread crumbs
6 Tbsp. melted butter

Spread chicken across the bottom of a 9” x 13” glass baking dish. Cover with soup and cheese. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs with melted butter and spread on top. Bake 35 minutes at 350°F or until cheese is melted and bread crumbs are golden brown.

Gina Rodriguez was born July 30, 1984, in Chicago, IL. At seven years old, she began performing with the salsa dance company Fantasia Juvenil. She graduated from the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU in 2005. She has appeared in numerous films and TV shows and has won a Golden Globe Award. Rodriguez is a supporter of Inspira, an organization that spotlights Latino leaders who shape their communities. She and her husband welcomed a baby boy in the spring of 2023.
